When I called for quotes I had five replies, Rob impressed me from the start. First he turned up on time unlike the rest. His quote was comprehensive but easy to read, and was very reasonable. I wanted the bathroom demolished and rebuilt. My wife wanted the lounge room wall moved for a larger kitchen. The old kitchen was completely gutted. Rob made sure we met his team, which I thought was a nice touch. I was in no doubt what Rob and his men were going to do, he was very patient explaining it to us. We had to go away and left Rob the house keys, he kept me informed of the progress and also sent photos. When we returned and saw the result my wife and I were blown away. The bathroom is something you would see in an International Motel. The craftsmanship was top class and so was the attention to detail. Then we saw the kitchen, it was just jaw dropping. I will be using Rob again and I would recommend this Master Tradesman to anyone who wants perfection.

Empire Building Constructions was hired to completely renovate my Kitchen, Laundry and Bathroom. He quoted a reasonable, fair and competitive price which included labour and materials and Trades needed to carry out this big renovation job. He carried out a fair amount of work himself in a professional and timely manner. Robert hired skilled Tradies including Cabinet makers, Plumber, Tiler and Water proofer. They did a fantastic job in the agreed times and always cleaned after they finished their tasks. Robert managed the whole renovation project himself and purchased quality materials at reasonable trade prices. This was the main responsibility I gave Robert as I was not capable or experienced in house renovations. He helped me choose all the modern materials and worked with me in designing the decor I liked and to my continuous changing ideas which I appreciated very much for his patience. Robert was frequently asked to do extra tasks which were not contracted for and he did them very obligingly. An example of this is adding Balustrades to the Veranda to comply with latest Building regulations. I am quite pleased with the completed renovation, ( on time and on budget) and would recommend Robert for anyone planning to renovate any part of their house.

Rob did a great job of our reno that included knocking down some walls and putting up some others as well as putting in new windows. It was all done promptly, he communicated well, turned up when we expected and did a quality job. A great experience all round and we would definitely recommend him.

Rob is definitely my GO TO builder from now on - he always allowed me to express my ideas and always gave me his honest feedback, whether it was a "Great Idea - I can do that.!" or "You may want to think of doing this instead because..." He always provided constructive reasons as to why something would work or not work and he would suggest workarounds or different ideas. The team Rob brought in to help complete the jobs were also very professional and punctual and produced an extremely high standard of work. Rob is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, patient and encouraging. A pleasure to work with and I definitely recommend him for ANY job.!

I would definitely recommend Rob for a quality job done on time and as quoted. I had an old bathroom redesigned: it was asbestos lined, had termite damage and was totally reconfigured. Nothing was a problem for Rob and he is happy to accommodate changes, give advice and suggestions and organise good deals for you.
